Today I got up early to work on different things.

I went to the fridge where I expected to find an iced tea to get me going.  To my surprise there was none.

So, I went to McDonalds where a battle began in my mind. I was up to the dividing point in the driver’s lanes and was planning on going in the right lane as that would make me the second person in line to order.  A car drove around me and entered from another entry point.

That is where the battle began.  He took my spot, how dare he.  I am going to go and tell him what he did.  Not a good idea.

Why am I so upset? Normally this wouldn’t bother me.  I would acknowledge it but let it go.

How dare he!  I am not in any rush let it go.  Hum!  God bring conviction on him.

Do you forgive him?  Hum!  Alright I forgive him.

His license plate supports life, he has a rosary on his mirror.  He also has a remembrance of two people on his rear window.  Maybe he has been through a tough time.  Maybe I should give him a chance he might not be so bad after all.

I get up to the window to pay for my purchase and the clerk says I have good news and bad news.  Your cookies will take a few minutes before they are ready, the man ahead of you paid for your order.

Praise God!

You never know what God will do with a situation.
