Daniel 12:10 New American Standard Bible 1995
“10 Many will be purged, purified and refined, but the wicked will act wickedly; and none of the wicked will understand, but those who have insight will understand.”
The first part of this sentence refers to believers in Yahweh. As a heavenly father the Lord leads his children in righteousness, purging, purifying, and refining us. This is an ongoing process. The second half refers to unbelievers. Unbelievers does not mean people who have never heard of the Gospel of Christ and of His God. But it refers to people who choose not to seek after God they are too busy pursuing their own worldly goals.
